PLANNING THE POST PRODUCTION:
1. PRODUCER - COMPILE
- compile research, doco proposal (use pitch template), production notes/plans, credits
- compile transcript
- compile script/treatment
- compile video
2. DIRECTOR - PREPARE SCRIPT/TREATMENT
- write script/treatment for editor & asst editor
3. ASST EDITOR - PREPARE FOR EDIT
- transcripts
- translation for interviews if any
- footage log (EDL = edit log list)
- help editor
- edit trailer 30sec (use same music from editor)
4. EDITOR - EDIT WITH MUSIC/SFX
- make sure you have necessary items ready before edit
- look for suitable music
- edit doco 5min incl credits
Grading is according to
your ROLES in this project
& on group/team work.
Submission Checklist:
- submit work in folder in server (ask Matthew)
- email me your production file & link to videos

2. Production File (all in 1 doc file)
- Proposal (use pitch template)
incl research/ idea/ creative statement
- Reflection papers from each member of group
- Script/Treatment
