Pitches:
(1) HOMETOWN FOOD
I will be working on foods that are VERY Singapore. A few examples would be, Chicken rice, carrot cake, Osyster omelette, laksa, hokkien prawn mee which is also named as the Rocher Mee. However, although I will be working on foods that are VERY Singapore, I will be focusing more on just one particular food. On that particular food, I will be contacting the related people and will find out who is the one who started the business in Singapore first. So, there is going to be an interview, the process of making the food and also, the same food from different type of stall to compare the differences.
